Demi Lovato’s Los Angeles home isn’t to be confused with anyone else’s, with eclectic furnishings and cheerfully decorated rooms that reflect the singer-songwriter’s dynamic personality.
This time, Lovato collaborated with Argyle Design founders Kat Bell and James Drew, who helped fill the house with fun and stylish touches, like a huge color-changing cloud lamp by Rania Peet that’s suspended below. a psychedelic mural by Jen Stark. .
“I was in a place where I wanted everything in my house to be super awesome,” Lovato is quoted as saying. “I wanted it to be a little bit psychedelic and super vibe, but I also wanted it to have a good host energy for when I have guests over.”

Bell has dubbed some unexpected elements like the rear vases, sinus-shaped salt and pepper shakers, as well as mushroom-shaped stools as “LOL moments” that are among the interior’s maximalist aesthetic.
Lovato enlisted the help of Eva Seta, director of communications for the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, to line her home with works by emerging artists from underrepresented communities.
In her Gucci Lilies-wallpapered kitchen, a Lilian Martinez painting of a figure’s legs hangs in the designated breakfast nook, while Yasmine Nasser Diaz’s “Truth or Dare” draws attention in the dining room.
“I wanted it to be a very strange environment,” the singer said. “There’s also a lot of female empowerment, so keeping pieces that are representative of the female figure was very important to me. We live in a world that excludes you from honoring female bodies, so I want it to be on your face in my house. ”

Evidence of Lovato’s rock and roll sensibility permeates the home. In the master bedroom, Atra’s elegant Beluga chairs (where his guitar can be found resting) are placed next to a silver-plated bronze cheetah. A “glam room” becomes an optimal space for grooming, stocked with a bowl of salon shampoo and decorated with a neon sign that reads “You’re never fully dressed without a smile.” The pool house even became a recording studio, and that’s where he conceptualized his latest album.”Holy Fvck”, according to the publication.
The spacious six-bedroom home also includes plenty of relaxing spaces with a backyard that features an outdoor kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, secluded patio and netted area for your beloved Yorkipoos, Batman and Cinderella, wander.
Happy with how cozy it was, Lovato said, “I have no reason to leave, this is exactly what I wanted in a house.”
