Kelsea Ballerini and “Outer Banks” star Chase Stokes sparked romance rumors after they were photographed up close at a college football national championship game on Monday.
The 29-year-old country singer, who finalized her divorce from Morgan Evans three months ago, was seen embracing the 30-year-old actor in a photo she included in an Instagram slideshow on Wednesday.

Stokes was seen wearing a long-sleeved red T-shirt and black baseball cap as he settled in next to Ballerini in their box seats at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

The Georgia Bulldogs earned a resounding victory in the game, defeating the TCU Horned Frogs 65-7.
However, Ballerini, who hails from Mascot, Tennessee, gave a shout out to the University of Tennessee Volunteers football team in the comments on Stokes’ post, writing “go vols,” along with an emoji of a monkey. covering his eyes.
Stokes and Ballerini were also seen getting close in a photo shared by Raising Cane founder Todd Graves. Graves welcomed the couple along with other actors, musicians and influencers in his VIP box at the game.
The two were seen together in a group photo as Ballerini held onto Stokes’ arm and leaned into him from behind.

The eighth slide of Ballerini’s post was a clip of the singer stomping her feet in front of the mirror jokingly saying, “Go eat the food and talk about the things you do, okay?”
Representatives for Stokes and Ballerini did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
Last August, Ballerini and Evans announced they were divorcing after five years of marriage on Instagram. Ballerini and Evans originally met in 2016 while hosting the CMC Music Awards in Australia.
“I have always tried to share my life with you in a real and vulnerable way, while protecting layers of my personal life as they unfold,” Ballerini wrote at the time. “This is now public record, so I wanted you to know from me directly that I’m going through a divorce.”
“It’s hard to find the words here…but I am extremely grateful for the years of marriage with Morgan and hopeful for the seasons to come. With very busy schedules to come, please know that we are both fragile, actively healing and showing the lo best we can,” he added.
Evans wrote in her own statement: “I am very sad to confirm that after almost 5 years of marriage, Kelsea and I are separating. I wish it were otherwise, but sadly it is not.”
Shortly after Evans and Ballerini decided to divorce, wrote the song “Over for You” to help him process his emotions and heartbreak. He ended up releasing the song after performing it to an audience in Australia.
“All my social media and conversations I started having with people went from ‘Great show man’ or ‘Come back to Kentucky soon’ to things like ‘Thank you for writing the song, it’s helping me get through my divorce’ or ‘Thank you. for putting into words what I felt when I went through this seven years ago,’ things like that,” Evans explained to Fox News Digital.
“When things started happening like this, I knew it was something I had to record right and share, and that’s what we did. And I’m very proud of the song.”
Ballerini opened up about the end of their relationship during a podcast episode of “Tell Me About It With Jade Iovine” last December.

“For a while, it was kind of like, ‘Okay, this is just a new phase of a relationship,’ because relationships go through seasons, right? Hometown,” the singer said.
She continued: “For a long time, I was like, ‘Oh, this is just… The glow goes away. That’s what happens.'” And then you go into a phase where you wait for him to come back. And then sometimes she doesn’t.”
“At the end of the day, it’s a disservice and a disgrace to yourself if you know something isn’t right and you stay,” Ballerini added. “[Shame] It’s the only thing I refuse to feel… Judge me on that, it’s okay, that’s up to you.”

Stokes dated his “Outer Banks” co-star Madelyn Cline, 25, from April 2020 to November 2021 after the two met on the set of the Netflix show in 2019.
