Sheryl Burke reportedly won custody of her French bulldog Ysabella, which led to her nasty divorce from ex-husband Matthew Lawrence.

The Dancing with the Stars pro, 38, announced in October that the couple would ‘go to court’, but it appears the 42-year-old child star has instead waived his rights to the Frenchie.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Cheryl has been given full ownership of Ysabella, leaving Lawrence to focus on his new relationship with TLC’s Chilli.

Lawrence — whose most memorable role was as Robin Williams’ teenage son in 1993’s Mrs. Doubtfire — agreed to give up “all documents/data relating to Ysabella,” according to TMZ.

He has also agreed to relinquish the title of “pet parent” for Ysabella’s microchip service, Home Again.

Matthew is in a new relationship with TLC-born Rozonda Thomas, Chile, 51.

A representative for the No Scrubs singer told TMZ earlier this month that she and Lawrence entered into an “exclusive relationship” at the start of the holiday season.

The couple went Instagram official at the end of December, and posted a video of them dancing to Take on Me.

Cheryl initially filed for divorce from Matthew on February 18, saying the couple separated on January 7, 2022.

In September, Burke and Lawrence came to an agreement to divide their property and forfeit spousal support on both sides, as described in their prenuptial agreement.

His new love: The former child star is already in a new relationship with TLC’s Chilli (born Rozonda Thomas, 51). A rep for the No Scrubs singer told TMZ earlier this month that she and Lawrence got into an “exclusive relationship” at the start of the holiday season.

Lawrence and Burke first met in 2006 when his brother, Joey Lawrence, 46, was on Dancing with the Stars.

The troubled couple dated for one year, broke up, then rekindled their relationship in 2017 — they announced their engagement the following year and married in 2019.

Speaking on the iHeart Burke in the Game podcast in October, Cheryl said she and Matthew were due to go to court over Ysabella’s custody.

“I am still very hurt by the whole situation,” the San Francisco-born beauty said at the time.

Cheryl went on to add that while their divorce was finalized, “It’s not over because maybe we should go to trial — well, we’ll go to trial, unless [Lawrence] Every surprise calls for it.

Burke declared, “This is my dog.” “Ysabella is my daughter — I’m a dog mom, and that’s it. I couldn’t even imagine my life — I mean, I could cry now — but I couldn’t imagine my life without her.

Burke opened up about her state of mind amid the bitter split in March of last year, posting a statement on Instagram.

She began: ‘I’ve realized that when I’m at a point in my life where I have some big feelings that need to be addressed, the best thing for me is to have some time alone — other than being with [my dog] Ysa of course, but I really feel like it’s a part of me, so it doesn’t count.

“If I’m being honest,” Cheryl admitted, “I really feel like my feelings are new to me.”

Burke went on to say that she had spent her “whole life up to this point trying to numb” her feelings, and she is “learning that it’s a lot harder to go through those feelings”.

She added, “I think it all means that really experiencing my feelings, whatever they may be, being alone for a few days was the best thing for me.” I would highly encourage anyone else to try it and not feel guilty for needing that space.
